got a call from this number no person on the other end

Received a call from 617-778-2338 answered and no one was there, called backed repeatedly and got a busy signal,  617 area code shows up as located in Ma.

Received a call from 617-778-2338 and let it go to voicemail. They did leave a message but it was as if they had started talking before the beep, so all I heard was something about "searching for qualified job applicants with disabilities" and I deleted the message after that and blocked the number.

This is the second time i have recieved a call from this number. They left a message this time about finding jobs for people with disabilities. Message is going to get deleted and number will be blocked from now on.

Have been called several times now by this phone number. It's annoying. Wish someone could identify who this is.

NTI is the company name. They claim to be a non-profit organization that works with people who are on Social Security Disability who want to work from home using their own computers. They say they provide all necessary training for this through Social Security's Ticket to Work program. I have no idea if they are legitimate, or where they get your phone #.

National Telecommuting Institute.  Left message about training people on disability for work-from-home jobs.  May be legit.  Wondering how they get the phone numbers.  If Social Security is sharing phone numbers with these people, it would be nice if Social Security let people know that and let them know whether this organization is to be trusted.  Here is a website about NTI, but don't know the accuracy of the information:
