Call from this number on 12/6 @ 3:03, caller ID says "ASSIST" No msg left

Got a call. Caller ID says "RES WATER DAMA". Didn't answer it.

"Please listen carefully, this is a message about rising crime in the local area" prerecorded BS. I hung up; it sounded like the same old scam involving security systems.

Call shows from Massachusetts-no messages

Yes, received several calls from this number... with only one message left.  The message said something about a reported rise in crime in my area .... I believe the message indicated they were a home security company.  Definately prerecorded..... I also hung up.... but the number has called me back several times  :(

I get this call on my work phone couple times a week.  I listened to the entire message and it said to press 9 to be removed from the call list.  Next menu said the number would be removed immediately. Let's hope it does.

Same thing...."rising crime in your area"...I hung up and immediately added it to my "blocked call list". It works!

I have had repeated calls from this number on my cellphone.  I pressed 9 to be removed, but still receiving calls.  I am a physician and this is my cell phone used only for private and emergency call.s

called a few minutes ago and hung up after 3 rings.  called right back and left a message about the crime in my area!  Said I had been referred by a friend or neighbor, well I know my friends and neighbors would not refer these [***]!!  Put them on the block list, now they will just be hung up on after one ring.  Love the blocker I use!!!!!  Doesn't matter what number the caller ID says is calling, if it comes from a number that I have blocked, it never gets through!!!

Call me every single week, calling about crime in the area bla bla. I got through to a person and asked to be on a do not call or list or please stop calling and the girl only said "no" then hung up! I tried calling back and it is disconnected.

Got a call in Tennessee from this number - no message from Res Water

This number keeps calling my cell phone.  When I call back they cannot receive incoming messages.    After reading the comments, I remembered that they previously had a recorded message selling home security, and that I previously requested to be removed from their call list.

Recorded messages to 313 cell phone saying high crime in area, referred by friend or neighbor.  Selling security systems.  Called again today after I pressed key for them to stop.

I get calls from this company all week long, calling from different numbers to my unlisted cell phone. As soon as I block one of their numbers, they just call from a different number. It's annoying, but I'll just keep blocking their numbers.
