Do not have a clue who it is from the woman talked a mile a second. She tried to give me a phone number to call, but it came out all garbled on my voicemail.

I did some snooping and found it to be the collections agency, CCS.

they called me at 5:30 am and then pretended that they dialed the wrong number.

Shows on Caller ID as CCS COMPANIES.  found website and it stands for Credit Collection Services. ALSO GOES BY CCS USA, CCS CRM, CCS COM, CCS CAG

Money was taken out of our checking account without our knowledge.
Never talked to these people and never authorized for any monet to be taken out.

Smells of a scam.

They called looking for my ex sister in law who I have not heard from in over 10 years. Sounded like debt collection. Gave a 1-800-889-5792 for the call back number.

Just got a call, wanted insurance information to where to send bill to from recent accident. I would think the hospital would have that information and area code not even in the same area I am from, 1,000 miles away.

Credit Collection Services called at 6:57 am PST which is a clear violation of the FDCPA. They also called me on my work number and I told them not to call this number any more, so it should be interesting if they call me again at work, which I hope they do so I can get a second violation. So far I have collected $3,000 from collectors that have violated the FDCPA. Know your rights and fight!

This company name credit collection services went into my bank account and made a transaction without my authorization.

Hey guys this is how this works there is a owner who hides behind closed doors and uses a computer system where a dialer wil call your number over and over and over again. This is illegal as [***] and you can contact a attorney who will sue the [***] out of this company. So i thought it would be funny if we did the same [***] to the owner as his collection specialist do to us. So hear it is !!!!!! The owners name is STEVEN SANDS and his direct cell number is 617-930-7777. So guys call the owner directly and lets see how he likes it.
