Keeps calling trying to sell Auto warranty

I get calls from this number daily, even on weekends. I don't ever answer and want them to just stop. I work midnights and my phone ringing in the middle of the day is like getting calls at 2am for most people.

This number will call my cell phone every single day. As soon as you answer they will hang up. Within 5 minutes you will receive a phone call from another company trying to give you rewards and preapproved credit cards/ loans etc. If you call the first number back it will ask you if you would like to be removed from there calling list. Don't bother trying they will still call you again the next day.

Keeps calling me even though I asked to be put on their no call list how do you pursue this legally as they have had more than sufficient warning to STOP calling
