Machine the took call as we were out, No message left. Suspect another scam as we don't know anybody in Illinois.

I got a call from this number today. They did not leave a message.  I do not recognize the number.

Yes, another SCAM when calling party is spoofing a Disconnected #! Silence after saying Hello 2x.

10:00 am  Answering machine didn't even have time to pick-up.  Probably someone trying to find out if this was a good number or some politician begging for dollars.

618-475-2107 called on 12/17/15. I believe this is a scammer or one of those organizations where you give money and they keep 99% in their pocket. Given that phone numbers are spoofed these days and there are fake companies/businesses wanting our money, AND my caller ID only showed the city/state--not the business name--I believe this is a scammer. Real businesses show their business name in the caller ID!

I got a call from this number earlier today. When I tried to check it out on 800notes, the web site was down and came up as just
a blank page. So I went to "Whitepages" instead. There I learned that the number belongs to Norma Klingenberg in New
Athens, Illinois, So did the scammers steal her number to use?  Did anyone else have trouble with the 800notes web page?

Yea could be spoofed or she could be the old phone owner. The best info is to find out who the carrier is, Level3 and a few others are VOIP only phone companies and I figure that out by using fonefinder.net or thedirtyphonebook

Someone with a thick Indian accent asked for me by name. When I asked who was calling, she hung up on me

Called me and asked if i lived alone i asked why and they hung up

nothing but a scam.
