supposedly working to stop Dominican Republic  frauds

Claiming to be electric company with disconnect papers. Was told to call customer care at 800-213-4724...Total scam

Person identified themselves as the supervisor for Southern California Edison's disconnection department - due to disconnect our electrical power within 90 minutes.  Asked to speak to someone that handles bill payment for our company.  Gave a phone number to call to pay bill to bring account up to date ...  800-213-4724.  Caller ID shows phone number as Greg Sullivan in San Diego.  SCAM call.

I just got the same call; demand for $900.00 (deposit) then I went to my online Edison account.....my current balance is $89.95....scam, big time

if you get a call from 619-209-8420, they will refer you to 866-649-1374 to make payment arrangements....funny part is the guy that called you is the same guy that answers the phone....I guess the "866" gives some credibility to the scam, but that is what it is...a scam
