Got a call from this number.  Wanted me to purchase a loan from her. Scam!!! Kid screaming in the back ground. Asked her what I needed a loan for.  She told me house, car, anything.  Told her I just bought a car and my house was paid for.  LOL She told me to give the money to a friend.

Left message to return call for 'new loan'. Scam.

An officer Kevin Rodriguez call me telling me I have a arrest warrant me that a company put a demand on me for failure to pay on something that I bought 2011 and I paid for the product full then they send me over to another number telling me that I have to pay them 3500 or the cops are going to come to my door and arrest me

It sounds as if someone pretending to be a police officer called you?  Told you that you had to pay a bill from 2011?  If you don't you will be arrested?

No one gets arrested because they did not pay a bill.  This sounds like an extortion scam to me.

I just receive this same call from this officer.... but is not true right??
