California green energy center-calling my home and cell phon even though I am on the do not call list-They are claiming to give a free solar energy analysis for solar panels with govt discounts. I asked for a number to call them back and they said they are an outbound call center only. Their website gives no phone number to contact-SCAM

They keep calling my cel... No messages

Called me twice today. I answered the second time they called. I kept saying hello... They said nada

Got two calls on my cell today from this number.  I tried to call it back and got the message the number was not in service.

Same here, got 2 calls today from this phone.

Called me peddling energy, even though I'm on the Do Not Call list.

Should be prosecuted.

This phone number calls all day, call back, no answer. How can we get these people to QUIT callins us ???

They have called my cell 5 times in 2 days. Pests!  They called this morning at 8am and again at 10am. They are now blocked.

Just got a call from them at 3:43 p.m.  We are also on the do-not-call list.   As far as I'm concerned, these people should be heavily fined (like $10,000 for each violation) and sentenced to 60 days of community service, at the very least.  

We've been getting calls from various solar companies almost every day.  Maybe they're all connected because I have no idea why they are calling all day long.  The worst part?  We already have solar panels.

I'm home with my sick kid today and they have now called 4 times and leave no message.  I just called number and got the "not in service" recording -- didn't sound like it was from the phone company though so I think it's their block from incoming calls.  We're on the do not call...so freaking annoying.

Call many times whether it is weekday or weekend.  No messages and quite annoying, especially when you are trying to focus on studying.

We have been getting 2 or 3 call per day for more than a month, from that number.

They have called twice a  day/night for several weeks.  I don't answer and they don't leave a message.  This is not the only solar company that has made a nuisance of themselves.  One of them called 11 times in one day.  That one had a caller ID of "Jacumba, ca".  

Ditto, ditto and ditto... just blocked the number, thanks to everyone above who posted about these yahoos, it makes it easier to know why they call and who to block.

I answered the call but nobody would respond. My phone ID showed 619-363-7965 so I called back but got the following message: "This number is disconnected or is no longer in service" --- How is this possible? I checked this number on the internet and sure enough, others got this same call with similar problems. If this is a 'solar' company why can't they be fined heavily for abusing our phone lines that 'WE' pay for? Unfortunately, the low-life politicians who are in charge of protecting our 'rights' and the 'fat-cat' executives of the phone companies could care less !!!!!!!!! WHAT A SHAME !!!

I've received numerous calls from this number as well as a variety of other purported "solar" companies. It's starting to feel like a reverse astroturfing campaign like is being done in politics. In politics the idea is to continuously call and annoy you so you'll be turn off by a candidate. But in reality it's the opponent who's having the calls done. Think about it, what business would continuously call and then hang up on you and also have no way of contacting them back? Even a sham organization to be successful has to actually communicate with you. These annoying calls feel like an attempt to create a bad feeling for solar or green energy in general in my opinion. It's just strange that even though they have been hammering me for months I have yet to ever talk to any of them. There's never anyone on the line. In this whole thread there's only one person who claims to have talked to the caller.

I've told them to put me on their do not call list and they keep calling! Argh!  Stupid solar/green energy offer.

Probably time to buy a call blocker device, app, or phone.
Google "call blocker" to see the various types, and find one that best meets your needs.
