This is "Resort Services" a hired appointment setting organization. They buy number lists and then power dial outbound and then hangup.  They are, in my opinion, a scam.  They also called from a Brawley CA number.

Unknown caller, no message, so they are now blocked.  Too bad I can only block 12 at a time. When I reach 12 blocked numbers, I erase them and start the process over again.  Another trick that may help eliminate these calls is to download a fax machine sound clip and save it on your computer or other device and play it for the unsolicited caller when they call.  Not sure if it helps much, but it does make you smile.
