Got a call from this number today @10.28 AM It also had other numbers preceeding it. v81913284700053. When I checked up on BIng it refers to a Blockbuster which is supposed to be closed. I think that this is a scam by someone using a defunct number.

Caller ID said just "OUT OF AREA".
Phone number used to be that of the now-closed Blockbuster video store in Lakeside, Ca.
We're guessing it's a telemarketer "using" Blockbuster's old phone number, since we know no one in or around Lakeside, do no business with any company in or around Lakeside, and haven't even been within 100 miles of Lakeside in probably 20 years or more.

Phone rang three times and ended before answering machine could answer. I did not answer as caller ID showed Out of area where a company name should have been.

Ha!  Something different...  Caller ID says "BLOCKBUSTER VID" and a "google" search says the business--located in Lakeside, CA--is "permanently closed."  Must be a scam-telemarketer.

I got the call too and no message. Due to the above recent entries, blocking the number.

The Consumers Union (they publish Consumer Reports) is working hard to get the telephone companies to offer FREE robocall blockers. The FTC has ruled that the telephone companies may block these robocalls. Most of the robocalls are coming from outright criminals.
