officer scott keeps calling and telling me I owe the money. I told them I know this is a fraud and that I had contacted the police and they will be contacting them.

This a total scam. hang up immediately. You did nothing wrong. I plan to call the police.

This Indian lady called my job. I called them back and an Indian man answered the phone. He asked my for my lawyers name and number. When I started questioning him about where this was coming from and who was sueing me ...He hung up!! SCAMMMMMM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Guy by the name of Jason Marco who a heavy Indian asccent just called on my cell and job. I didnt answer the phone and he said that if I didnt call back asap, that it was going to be very bad for me. They can kiss my butt. Sick of these ppl.!!!!! Going to report them as well~~

Got a call from a lady to call this number. Called the number the guy answered casually not identifying the company or anything. He asked for my lawyer. Wehn I asked for something in the mail he stated he had to download the case. I told him I would wait for the paperwork and follow up with my attorney. A few months ago I got the same call adn paid the fees. I then called the bank and informed them of the situation. They directed me to the company for which the money went too. The man on the phone stated that they were a third party collector and was not sure why they received the money. I believe this is a scam. Tell them to send in in writing.

I played around and kept calling the # back he called me STUPID.......yeah I would have been stupid if I gave him my card info..............I told him the police want the name of their company and he hung up th ephone..............WHAT OUT FOR SCAMS.........

I got a call from a man named Justin Williams, stating I needed to put $989.89 on a prepaid Visa and then call him back with that Visa number, paying this amount would prevent further action from being persued against me...I almost did this, but It just didn't feel right...I called my Police dept and they said this is definetly a SCAM!!!! Always asked to see what you owe in writing, ask them to send you proof that you owe any money......

This is attempt to obtain information to collect money and steel identify to take out online loans. When this company call you report it to FTC online. Put a idenity alert on your credit and on your accounts bank and credit cards. Also report the calls to your phone company.

received a call from my husband at work saying this number called him at his job... naturally, he's calling me to look up the number online.. and I find this post regarding the information about the number.  I seriously think that these scammers are being forced to stoop to these levels due to the economy being such as it is.. Everybody is struggling just to make ends meet.. everybody but the greedy rich people who live by the motto.. as long as I have mine, that is.  The scammers will stop at nothing to screw people out of money even us poor schlubs who can barely put food on the table let alone buy into their loads of crap.

If they want my lawyer's name or my husband's lawyer's name.. I told him to tell them the law firm is Duey, Cheeum and Howe, and make up some bogus number.. in fact, maybe he can provide them with the police phone number in the area code from which they are calling.

I'm so sick and tired of being introduced to additional nonsense stress BS.  Maybe if enough people report these sick [***] they might get taken away permanently.  You almost have to feel sorry for them but in reality.. it's difficult to feel anything when you can barely handle the cost of living as it is.

Everything costs so much more than what we make that I'm about ready to throw in the towel.  
I've had it.. I'm tired of being completely stressed out - it's only due to financial problems.. it's always financial.. if I did not have to worry financially, I'd be a person who is stress free. I'd like to see how that feels for a change, but I"m certainly not going to stoop to the level of these prick jobs calling!  They can shove it where the sun doesn't shine.
