I have been getting spam calls from new numbers over the past couple of days. I didn't answer this one and no message was left, so I can't confirm that it is a spammer. However, other sites show multiple inquiries about the number and one has it marked as "not safe." So, caution is advised until someone can offer more information.

Same thing for me.  First time I've seen this number, no message left.  I didn't answer.

I got another call from this number today. Once again, they didn't leave a message.

Been getting several calls of late with new fake numbers coming from San Diego County area codes (760, 619, 858) and locations historically associated with A1 Solar (and its many other business names). A1 Solar and Canadian Pharmacy may be the two worst offenders in the history of telemarketing. My investment in a 1200 number call blocker was worth every nickel of $69.95 I paid for it.

So Cal painting or something like that.  They claim to "be in our area" on a certain day, or ask about our painting needs.  I believe once they began explaining a "special" they had:

They are between Lake Arago Avenue/Lake Aral Drive almost to Lake Angela Drive off Lake Murray Blvd. Or Blue Lake Drive in La Mesa, Ca.

When asked to remove the number on their list, they either lie claiming it is the first time they call, or claim to do it, but it is not done.  They've called several times already.  This Legal Code shows they are in violation, as are most solicitors who are told to remove the number from their lists.  We (citizens) are owed between $500-$1,000 and up to 3 times that PER CALL:
