If you call the number it is for photoinfotech which seems to be an outsourcing web design firm.... based in india.

I get calls from them every day.

I have called back and they tell me noone is in the office.

Is there some way of reporting this or at least making them stop?

They call several days a day.  Leave a message which is just music in Spanish.  Never say a thing

Phone calls come in several times a day from 619-639-7295. The caller never leaves a message.  It would be great if there was some way to get us off their list!

They call me 2-3 times a day, sometimes leaving a message.  I finally spoke to someone and told them to take me off their call list.  They called again 30 minutes later and then the next morning.  I'm finding out if my VOIP provider can block them.

You need to log on to the photon infotech website and click on the email link to email them and write: Stop calling 610-614-xxxx or whatever your phone number is and they will stop

Never leaves a message

Same as everyone else who has posted.  Get calls almost daily.  Leave no messages.  Can't reach a human being when I call back, except one who doesn't speak English...

This is staffing company... they will start asking questions which does not make any sense

They call almost every morning, but the ring stops after the first one usually. Copied the phone number on the display in order to call back them. When I did so, there is no tones on their end --- no ringing or nothing. It has been a few months since I received the call (or 1 ring) from this number.

I google numbers I do not recognize.  Did a typo on this one.  So I answered said Hello.
Heard someone talking in a foreign asian language.  Hung up.

So annoying!! They call every day, sometimes several times and do not leave a message. Spoke with some guy today when I picked up a call from them. Could barley understand him due to his thick Indian accent. Sounded like a call center.

When I told him I wasn't interested in a presentation he asked for my email (um no, I do not want your spam!). I said no, I am not providing contact information, but I will take your details.

He hung up on me then. Jerk!

Cold call from infotech or something that sounds like that. Unsolicited spam.

Indian company calling through US numbers to get you to answer.

This guy could BARELY speak English, it took about three minutes until I knew what he was saying.  They do web development, design and marketing (who doesn't these days!?!?) and wanted to setup a time with his "colleague" named Ravi.

Told him to stop calling, I work at a coal mine (you try and name a place that doesn't have a website!) and they must have the wrong number.

Looked back, he called my "domain" number, which is a Google voice number I use when I register domains so I can filter crap calls like this.  Waste of time, just try and keep him on the line for hours so he gets fired.

I am getting these calls at work and when I answer, there is no one on the line and they called 12 times in a row and still no one was on the other end.

A polite man with a heavy accent wanted to speak with a marketing manager.  After three attempts, I gave up trying to understand the rest of what he was saying and transferred him to Purchasing.

I always transfer them to accounts receivable via an attended transfer and tell the receivables people to have fun with them and demand payment for the money they owe us.  We usually make it in the tens of thousands of dollars.  You should hear them spit, sputter and stammer or they just hang up.  At least it gives us a few laughs.

This number calls me several times a day.  I do not pick up and they don't leave a message.  It is not a number that I have in my list of business partners.  I am now planning to answer the next time and do what EoC does (dated 13 Feb 2014) above.  :-)
