Received a call from a man posing as First Financial (who is a legitimate company) saying that he would give me a $5,000.00 unsecured loan today all I had to do was go to the 7-11 and get a "Hot Cash" for $185.00 and call him back at 619-663-1255 instead of the # he called from with the $185.00 and my bank account info. I went along with the caller for a long time and when he assured me that all I had to do was call back with the money and my bank info, I went off on him and started my own little investigation. He is using the address of Skybound Coffee and Dessert Lounge in San Diego, CA, this guy needs to be stopped before he really cons someone out of their money.

He just took me for 710 dollars..he still keeps calling me..he says he's the manager of the western union branch and he has my 5,000 dollars but i need another 270 for some kind  code to get the money..lol..I'm such an idiot..i don't know why I continue to trust people..😭

Why the "LOL"?  Are you really laughing about losing $710?  Is that amount so insignificant that you won't miss it?
Maybe not an "idiot", but certainly ignorant of the law.
Your money is gone.

Protect yourself!
Recognize that NO legitimate company is going to offer you a loan, without their doing some background / credit checks on you, and they WILL generally need a snailmailed, signed contract.

If you or a friend fell for the scam, please try to educate your other friends.  The only way to stop these scams is to cut off their source of money!
