his name is jorge munoz and claims to work for dreams for new, and says he is collecting for the martian relief fund, he leaves his number of 619-755-3050 and wants you to meet him at the fitness center in chula vista next to fudruckers hambergers on 3rd ave in chula vista

Has called several times and does not leave a message. I have now noted this as a number to reject all incoming calls. After reading bill bixby's report I now know I do not want to speak with Jorge Munoz, nor meet him at a fitness center next to Fudruckers in Chula Vista, nor help with the Martian Relief Fund. :o)

Phone rang; did not recognize  number. Left no message.

Is this really legal - it is type of ploy an individual could try to get meet a potential victim.  Did not return the call!

Phone had text "lol. Funny. Ur Joe."  Didn't leave message. Must be that Joe mentioned in other notes. Blocked number.

I just called the no. and there was a recording playing music. I stayed on line to see what happens and within 45 seconds a person came on line introducing himself as Joe offering a free cabin on a cruise. I did not let him to go any further and told him not interested and hung up. it was definitely a telemarketing call but based on the other messages he is into a lot different things.
