Calls up to three times a day. Leaves no message. I called back and "Bobby" answered saying it was the "Home Retention Program". When I Google that name, there's no actual website. A search for the phone number yielded nothing as well. Suspicious.

When I find out who this is, I'm going to file complaints with the BBB, D&B about the company or services they're peddling.  What if these crooks are selling kiddie porn?  They called your number and the FBI will come kick your door in.  

I get several calls a day from this no. I finally got somebody to answer and its a company-no name given-that solicists business regarding lowering debt with IRS and credit cards and refinancing.
