This number - a Jim Ross - called me today about an Internet Payday Loan - which I never had - and that they are proceeding with litigation against me. THIS IS A SCAM. I've been receiving these types of calls from different parts of the country for almost a year. They will know your SSN, but do not provide them with any additional personal information. They are trying to scare you into giving them money - a reduced payment on a supposed loan you owe. Tell them to proceed with the litigation - you'll never get anything in the mail. THIS IS A SCAM. Do not fall for it or let them scare you.

I just got a call from the same guy Jim Ross stating I owe a payday loan from years ago he would not come off the phone I repeatedly told him send me this in writing with proof and he kept avoiding so I hung up on him....
