I would like to report Jeanette Hall for unprofessional and irresponible behavior when dealing with a collection situation. She did not state a company name/situation that this call was in reference to. She did not allowe for any questions regarding this situation, so as to better understand what the call was regarding. I understand that there are instances when a person is in need of collections, however, when you are combative with a person you will never resolve the issue. I am looking into rules and legal issue for a suit regarding phone harrassment. I would request that anyone do the same so that we may get this unprofessional person out of the system and unable to be paid for any and all work she does in this manner.
