Call came from a Jennette Hall.  Very uncooperative and combative.  Assured me that I owed money to a payday loan company.  Is sending paperwork to my employeer (I guess to try and garnish my wages)  I checked with OK laws on payday loans and this company actually broke the law by giving a loan in my name that was 1. over the state limit, 2. they rolled over many times and it went beyong the actual limitations.

If anyone knows who she allegedly works for.  Please post as I would like the OK attorney general to recieve this information

I would like to report Jeanette Hall for unprofessional and irresponible behavior when dealing with a collection situation. She did not state a company name/situation that this call was in reference to. She did not allowe for any questions regarding this situation, so as to better understand what the call was regarding. I understand that there are instances when a person is in need of collections, however, when you are combative with a person you will never resolve the issue. I am looking into rules and legal issue for a suit regarding phone harrassment. I would request that anyone do the same so that we may get this unprofessional person out of the system and unable to be paid for any and all work she does in this manner.

A lady whom called herself Jeanette called and said I owed some 2 year old payday loan and that she was a attorney for collections. I asked her more details and said she would send me a written statement on it.  I gave her my address and never received anything. She finally called me the morning of 7/31/08 and said the offer she sent me was now good till 8;00am this morning and off the table.  I told her I had received nothing she proceeded to call me a liar and that it was being turned over to an attorney and that she would go through my employer and hung up on me. I tried calling her back and asked her not to give me threats and she proceeded to call me a liar again and she would not give her last name because she was not looking for a date.  I told her do what ever you say you are going to do and I will see you in court.  But she refused to give me her name and where she was calling from

Got a call from a gravely voiced woman saying her name was Janet, made threats to me claiming I owe money that I do not. Would not give me a chance to ask any questions.

I got a call from this woman today..is she from National Credit Adjusters?? I have being having problems with them.
