They called me, I didn't answer. They are National Credit Adjusters.
I reported them to FTC for calling a third party about a debt and giving
False information.I checked around and its a Scam.
They are rude and violate FTC Laws.

Didn't answer.

Who are these people? And why now all of a sudden they are calling me every day?

Did they ever stop calling?

How do you know it was National Credit Adjusters, my caller ID says "NCA"

These people are scam artists at the best!!!  I have filed a complaint with the Attorney General's Office and they are looking into it, but they still call every day.

Its August 25,2008 and today they called me again, twice.
I don't know what they hope to accomplish.
They will never see a penny from me, ever.
They are just wasting time.
Here they are calling me a year later and for what?
Nothing, thats what. I will keep reporting them.

To who ever it may concern these people buy old loans and credit card from banks and credit card people then hound the mess out of you if you pay any money to these people then you will have to pay in full they call repeatedly when time is almost up after 5 years is up they have to quit calling so if there calling you then time is all most up there fishing for money don’t answer them it will pass had a judge friend tell me that.

Calls several times a week and leaves a cut off recorded message. I won't answer or call back especially after reading all the comments about this phone number. Ignore them and whatever you do, do not call them because they will hound you like a pit bull once they know you personally. They will go away eventually. Its annoying but there's no way to really stop them at this point. They have been reported to the FTC and Attorney General.

They have called me 19 times so far tonight in a row.  I had to turn my phone off for a while and as soon as I turned it back on they are still calling my cell.

What ever you do, don't answer. They will eventually leave you alone. They are a third party collection agency that buys old debt (credit cards, loans, etc.) If you do accidentally answer, DO NOT EVER AGREE TO GIVE THEM ANY MONEY! They will not apply it to your debt and your credit will still be in the same shape it was AND if you make a payment to them, you have to wait ANOTHER 7 YEARS for that debt to fall off your credit report. A lawyer told me that and the fact that the ONLY people you owe money to are the people who you originally signed for credit with. These people play on your emotions, use scare tactics (we'll put a judgement on your house - by the way, they have no legal right to do that), yell at you and basically make you feel like human garbage. DON'T LET THEM!

Yes the same thing has just happend to me

My 12 year old daughter answerd the phone and they asked for me.

My daughter asked who this is and where they are calling from, The lady named tammy said i will just keep calling until your mother will be an adult and answer the phone!!!!

I use a local cellular phone service which is not even listed.  I am thinking they have a wrong number, but regardless I never answer calls I do not know.

I called back from another phone and a message says, " in the event you recieved a summons from this office please call" I hung up as they are pretending to be a lawyers office or a summons service.  More BS from a collection agent....lots of luck for alot of repeat calls that will get nowhere.

Got a phone call from them this morning at work. I have no idea how they recieved my work number or even how they went about finding out who my employer was. They are claiming an account from 2002 that I had handled with the original lendor. I have not heard anything about this until about a week ago whren I got a letter from them. When this woman called today, she stated that they have been trying to reach me since 06 ( bs) and when I asked her how she found out who my employer was she simple stated " we have our ways". I told her I would be researching the legalities of her actions and taking action. She proceeded to yell at me and hang up.
