- Cathy| 2 repliesI have recieved numerous harrassing calls from this and ext 4002 and 4006. What I have found: Caller ID on one shows EAGLE AMERICAN, but there is no such business in Phx. Numerous searches via reverse lookups show that this is a land line provided by Verizon and one site gave me the lat/long of the physical location of the phone which pinpoints the backyard of a home at 4225 N. 4th Ave, Phoenix, AZ 85013 (33.4979N, 112.081W). One call that I took from them a woman named SERENA claimed that the name of the business was EAGLE SYSTEMS and that they were doing free carpet cleaning to advertise the Century Cleaning System. There is a manufacturer that sells a Century 400 rug cleaner but I contacted them and they only sell through showrooms. Cannot find anything pertaining to Eagle American, Eagle Systems or Century Cleaning System on searches.

- curtisthis kid from this house seems to be a hacker too.
- Mary replies to Cathy| 1 replyI also received a call from a woman at Eagle System stating they would clean my carpets for free. She would not give me their telephone number stating that she has so many calls coming in. I stupidly allowed them to make an appt to come to my home on next Monday. I am not comfortable with this at all. I will not allow them to come into my house. She did mention that they would call an hour before they would be coming. Thank you Cathy for this information.
- Lorraine| 3 repliesI got several calls from various numbers, some blocked and some saying Eagle American. The woman said I won a raffle (should have hung up then), and offered free carpet cleaning, furniture cleaning or a food processer. I took the processor and stupidly agreed to meet them at my house next Tuesday. I need to find a way of cancelling. this is just too weird. thanks for all the input.

- gaslight replies to LorraineI did the same thing - they said they will be here tomorrow - do they show up? I don't need my carpets cleaned and don't want the gift, etc. How do I cancel?
- Patricia J. YoderI also received a call from Eagle Systems stating that they would shampoo carpets in two rooms for free. She never mentioned that this would be a sales pictch for Kirby vacumn cleaners.
So when the guys showed up we showed them the two rooms they should shampoo.
Well, it never got that far. The guy started demenstrating the Kirby and all the attatchments.
Going over and over a carpet area showing little pads of dirt that it kept picking up. He kept trying to sell us this Kirby, but we had just recently purchased a Tri Star vacumn which does an equal job or better than the Kirby. So we told him we had too much invested in ours to consider a deal.My husband told him he could just as well pack up and leave,..which he did and he never did get around to shampooing our carpets and to top it off he left all the little pads of paper full of dirt he used in his demonstration , left everything just laying on the floor for us to pick up.
Be sure and inquire further when you receive a call such as this. If it sounds to good to be true, it is.!!!p- Caller: Eagle Systems
- Fran replies to Rookaloo| 1 replyThe very first thing everyone needs to get through their heads is that DoNotCall, doesNOTwork! After all these years of getting the same calls over & over again and eveyone saying "but I'm on the DNC list" and sending in complaints to DNC, but yet NOTHING ever happens, try the steps below.
At least TRY to stop the calls yourself. Here are easy 1,2,3 steps to take.
1) Buy a Home phone with Call BLOCKING functions and use it. Maybe as these types of phones start flying off the shelves in record numbers and the phone manufacturers see the demand for them, they'll make even more of them and give the ability to Block even more numbers in them.
2) Call your local Phone Company & see if they have a Call Blocking service. If so, sign up for it!
3) On Cell Phones, put the number into your Contacts under SCAM or whatever, and then SET the Ringtone to NO RING or SILENT!
Ta da! They won't ever be able to ring through and bother you again. If you see them in your Cell phone List and you hadn't even known they ever called, CONGRATULATIONS!! You have now fixed it yourself!
Do NOT ever call them back, even if it seems like an innocent Recording that says 'this is a non-working number' or whatever.
Do NOT bother telling them to put you on their 'Don't call list'. Guess what? They don't really have one! And seeing they're calling ILLEGALLY in the first place, don't waste your breath.
Do NOT talk to them at ALL, just HANG UP!
BLOCK them, and go on with your life.
If you're worried that it could be a Legitimate company trying to contact you, then wouldn't you think they'd have your Address and you'd have gotten a letter from them??
P.S. NEVER call back a number listed on a questionable letter, either! ALWAYS look it up yourself and be sure you're calling the REAL company, not just any old number given to you in a letter!!!!!!! And don't contact the email address they give you, either!!!
It's a Felony to send anything through the U.S. mail that's bogus, but by the time you've called the number that they listed, or logged onto a website they gave you, and given them all your personal info. to supposedly 'verify that it's really You', - they've already stolen your Identity and your Bank account money, etc.!! By the time you figure it out, your wallet is emptied, and you can complain to the Feds all you want..... but by then your Identity and money is long GONE! - AnonymousI'm not sure if the companies are related, but there use to be a Louisiana based company named Eagle Systems that sold Tri-Star vacuum cleaners around 11 years ago. I believe the owner was a guy named Vernon Goudan. (or some similar last name. It was a creole name I believe.) A guy named Jeremy Rabalais ran the Biloxi, MS office. Jeremy Rabalais now works for Puritan life insurance.
- momfromphoenixGot several phone calls as well, they were scheduled to come today, glad I looked it up online! We won't open the door.
The representative that called us was friendly, said he is calling from a dispatch center for Eagle American. My husband actually talked to them.
Will put their number on our blocked phone calls list.

- VERY Ticked off replies to MaryDo not EVER let these people in your home! They will monopolize your time and never leave!! WHAT A WASTE!! They advertised we would get our carpets cleaned for free and that our participation was helping them with something or other. Turns out it was a Kirby salesman trying to sell us a vacuum for $2,500 and would not leave unless we committed to buy it! We finally flat out said please leave our house we need to be done!!
- anonymous replies to FranThe DoNotCall Registry works but not in the way you think it should work. The Registry works on voluntary compliance like speed limit signs on highways. Honest telemarketers honor the Registry, abusive telemarketers and scammers do not. The phone system is an open system that does not require authentication to access. You can call anyone anywhere in the world and anyone in the world, including Kirby sales personnel, can call you.
- Rita replies to Lorraine| 1 replythat just happen to me...just now. Tried to call back to cancel....no one answers.....SURPRISE!!! I'm NOT letting them in my house...don't even need a processor. Don't want to be in a raffle either...they don't answer the phone....so their bad...lol
- genny replies to RitaDid they show? I just gort a call as well.
- LeslieI know, I fell for it too and I don't usually even answer the phone if I don't recognize the number but they kept calling every 15 minutes so I thought it was something important. Glad I checked with all of you. I just won't answer the door! Thanks all.

- RebeccaEagle Systems calls at least 3 times a day for the past week now. Finally I picked it up. They asked me to answer a question. I did. (Sometimes you get random people calling for polls and what nots.. I like to mess with their systems.. eh eh eh) at the end he gave me some number to "hold on too" cause I answered correctly (Funny, I am 100% sure I answered wrong). I didn’t write it down, nor care. Nothing is free. Someone has to pay for it. It’s all a scam. So couple days later I answer from a "private number" pre caller ID and some lady is telling me I won something from Eagle Systems. I tried to tell her that I didn't and if I did, give it to someone else. She ask me to read back the number I wrote the other day, and I told her, I never wrote it down, I don’t care. Don’t call back. I hung up. She called RIGHT back, before I could say "hello" she said "now why did you do that?"... Stocker much? I told her to lose our number we don’t want what she is selling. She got all puffy about why did I answer the question the other day... I laughed and hung up... I hope they don’t call back. It’s so annoying!!
