This number called and said they wanted us to get in touch with a friend of ours because of some case going on and he was gonna be arrested if he did not return a call to his attorney. We hung up on them and they called again!

This just happened to my teenage daughter with the same scenario. They even had the persons full name they said would be arrested if he didn't get in touch.

I am sure there must be  way to track these slugs down. phone company needs to help I would be more than glad to hunt them down and take care of things on a personnel level so they would never pray on the elderly again.

These crooks have been calling since 1/27/14, on the first call they ask for information to get in touch with my daughter because she needed to take care of a legal matter or go to jail. On the second call, I asked if this was the scam of the month. I put their number on call block the phone rings one time. They have been trying at least two times a day since. At&t Uverse is great.

Called but left no message.

This person called my cell phone 4 times in 45 minutes. They asked for Ruth Livingston. They asked if someone would be home to accept legal documents. when I informed them they had the wrong number they told me that she gave me as a contact. I don't even know this person. To make matters worse I think this Ruth Livingston person is giving out my cell number because collection agencies have been calling asking for her for some time. The calls have gotten less frequents, matter of fact this is the first call for her in a while.

Received a call from someone asking me to accept a package or correspondence of some sort on behalf of my Sister.  Second Party acceptance of anything without legal authorization of the adressee is ilegal.  This is obviously a scam of some nature.  Beware of "Data Mining."  Call FBI regarding this or your State's Attorney.

Called again. Left no message.
