I just received a call from this number; I didn't pick up and they didn't leave a message

I just received an autobot call from this number saying I can lower my interest rate.  Most likely it is a fraudulent scam because they want to get your credit card information before proceeding.

The best thing to do is hang up and report the incident to your local authorities.

The callers are the drug-addicted "card services" scammers, who call us, pretending to be associated with our credit card companies, in an attempt to fool us into giving them our credit card numbers, so they can rip us off. People that have given their card number to these junkies have suffered severe financial losses. Beware of these lowlifes, and warn others, before they are cheated!

Did not leave a message.  Saw the other posts about this number and I'm glad I didn't answer.  Never answer unknown numbers.

The card service scammers   WILL   "service" our credit cards,   BUT,   when they finish "servicing" them, they will have no available credit remaining!

Called left no message.

I got a call from this number yesterday but did not answer it,

They have called many times but leave no message.

Unregistered - "Heather" from accounts, or some such. Call terminated after five seconds. Definitely a phishing scam.

Called cell phone ???  no idea how they got it.  Left message to press 1 to lower interest rate...did not pick up or call back

Received a call this morning from this number. Sent to voicemail. they did not leave a message .

Just received a call on cell from this number.  Also sent to voice mail, left no message.  

Picked up and a recorded message said they could help lower my interest rate.

I really wish the U.S. government would clamp down on people calling like this. For starters I think this is illegal and I think they need to enforce the laws. This is a form of electronic harassment and it should be band.  

I just received a call from this number and I did not answer. THey didn't leave a message. I am in Massachusetts and this call is from Arizona.

got a call saying she was Heather from Credit Card Services about my credit card...then phone went dead

Scammer saying there's nothing wrong with my credit card.  Hmmmm didn't know I had one to begin with, so how could there be anything wrong with it!!
