    Left a message telling me to "Press 1 to lower my interest rates..."

    They called again a few hours later.  Here's what I caught of their message:

    "...guarantee 100% that we can lower your monthly mortgage payment, turn your adjustable rate into a fixed rate, and reduce the balance of your loan.  Press 1 to hear the words, 'Yes We Can.'"

    Obviously a scam.

    I missed a call from this phone number (623-745-9612) so I called it back and it told me that "my call could not be completed as dialed".
