I got a phone call from this number, it says it's located in West Covina, but I don't know from where. They "attempted" to leave a voicemail but it was really messed up. Please help, thank you.

I think this might be a call from WIC.  If you are recipient, I think it's a reminder call.

This phone # is for WIC. it makes sense now. I do receive WIC and I did have an appointment for the next day. Now it makes sense. I have been trying to call it, but it's always busy.  Thanks for the other messages, helped me find out who the call came from

I'm single with no children and a man.  I never been to a WIC office or called to make an appointment.  Why do I keep getting calls from this number?

I keep getting a call from this number. I do not have WIC (my kids are grown) and do not know why I get this call. I am on a Do Not Call list.
