Got a call threatening me if i didnt call them back something horrible would "unfold on me" and either me or my lawyer of record MUST call them back (at a number different from this number) or "you can watch it all unfold on you." I would include that number but my answering machine cut it off. Wth??? I looked up the name that came up on my caller id but found nothing.

I believe this is the Famous IRS Scam.
The IRS will not call you. They send letters via US Mail. The IRS won't ask you to pay in i-Tunes cards. The IRS will not wish you "good luck as the situation unfolds". Trust yourself and your instincts - do not let a bully intimidate you by threats that are nothing but hot air. This is a SCAM.

Do not answer calls you don't know and never call them back.

I got a call from this number. Will block and ignore. Rediculous.

Received a call from 626-239-7450 with an automated voice saying I need to call this number or I will be arrested. Blocking the #.

Obvious scam

I received two messages today from this number...both with the same message.  I don't accept calls from numbers I don't recognize

As stated by others, this number leaves a threatening message. I've ignored it, but they're calling several times a day for the last week. I've never answered the call & don't want to call them back- but i want the calls to stop!!  How do i get them to stop?

Caller ID says S Vanaki.  Getting 2 - 3 calls per day for the last several days.  Same comments as above, threatening voicemails.  Call ID shows 626.239.7452.

I got a call from these idiots. It is  an automated threatening call allegedly  from IRS  about alleged criminal lawsuit. Unfortunately  there are too many lazy , low IQ apes living in US who do not want to work but prefer to seek their victim they can scam.

got the same message. called them from the different phone. some girl answered with a heavy accent saying it's IRS. what a bull. IRS NEVER CALLES. Don't understand why FBI doesn't do anything regarding this scam.

I just got a phone call from these people too.  What a joke.  I seriously hope that no one out there falls for this crap.

I got the same message and could not understand the call back number

Callers are located in INdia and Pakistan.  They are beyond the reach of US law.  Invest in a call blocker.

Have been getting a recorded call from Officer ?? with the IRS from 626-239-7452 about 2 times a day.  So has my husband.  Says to have either myself or my lawyer call back, or all they can say is good luck as this unfolds on me.  We have both reported this to the IRS (https://www.treasury.gov/tigta/contact_report_scam.shtml) and have ignored it since.  Very frustrating!

These scammers are hoping that people do not know that the Internal Revenue Service (the governmental agency) is NOT the same as the scammers' Internal Revenue "Services"...... they clearly say "serviceS.... The real IRS has NO  "S" on the end!     Subtle, which is why many people do not hear this difference, and think the threats are real.    SCAM!!!!!
