Called identified himself as David Ursula. Said he was looking for me under a name I haven't had in 30 years. He said he had a file on his desk and for me to call him back to retain him to resolve an issue. If I didnt he would assume all info on me is true and would be serving papers to the address he has for me. Call the number back rang once than went busy. He never identified his company. Any ideas as to if this us a scam again.

I received a  phone call from this number aug. 29th 2014  asking my boyfriend's sister in law to be in court hearing n even left this number 626 415 8095 ext 627..find out ext. No is regarding healthcare..he left his name as David Ursulo..

Seems like a scam. Phone number is Monrovia, yet when I called and asked for company name and address I got K&S Law Firm (which according to Google is located in Brentwood) and when asked for an address I was given an address in Newport Beach (1009 Bristol St. North, which according to Google is an empty construction site).
The scary part is that when a person named David left a message on my voicemail he knew everything about me including the name of my landlord and his wife's name and sounded like he was trying to threaten me that they're going to get them involved if they were not able to serve some legal document. The weird thing is they kept saying that the document is for XYZ. That XYZ is my ex husband whom I divorced 8 years ago and have nothing to do with him, nor do we live together.

My husband received a call, same guy David , at this # saying he needed to serve documents , naming me, and our home address. Also got a call from a female, same message at 844-852-4385. Weird.
Rings busy and on the 844 #, it is able to take a message. beware
