For a cell phone, some already have call blocking, if not, there are free apps on the web that will work for some. You can google this. If you have a smart phone, there is a free app called call control. Iphones appear to have apps also. Another one is called Mr. Number.

For text messages: forwarding any text message spam you get to the short code  “7726,” which spells “spam” on most phones, to alert your network operator to the abuse. ATT won't accept 7726 But they will accept BLOCK and return a message that the web site is blocked. forward the texts to 7726 or BLOCK, depending on your phone carrier.

Unwanted text asking me if I was bored and wanted a striptease live streamed to me

received text from 1210100001 asking if i wanted a live mainstream striptease, to text 626-427-8849. said name was adrianna and that was new to town

got a text from 1210100001 refering to this number. Spam message about meeting new ppl and texting

Received text from 1210100001 and states it is from 164771313634688 MSG: hey! let me know if y got this pls. txt me back at my new number u sexy thing 6264278849

I just got a text at 149am on 5-3-15 sayin "what were you thhinnkiing yesterday"  I don't know what to do with this information. The numbers it said it was from 1-210-100-001 and 1-626-427-8843.

Text asked me if I wanted them to take me down under?

This person wanted to have sex and hook up with me...   Adrianah new to the area just turned 24.   What a creep!!!

got a text from 626 427-8849 asking to chat...someone named Toluna

got a text saying "Doon't be so picky...I wasn't! Text back"  spelled exactly as i posted. it was  signed  Tayen-D. Definate scam.

Texted "Let us skip dinner tooniight (sic) and eat something else., Text back." o/a 5:30 PDT. I wonder if the bad spelling and syntax ("Let us", not Let's") indicates a foreign origin. I doubt that it's a non profit organization, but you don't have a category for sexual solicitation. :-)
