The typical "Hi 1 This is _______ with ______, and I just need to double check the number on the front of the copier".
These are ALL scam calls that try and get copier info, address etc, then send you unsolicited supplies for 2-3x what they cost. Usually, they call from a blocked phone number, but this time, called from a more than likely spoofed phone number that they illegally attained.

Got the same exact thing. She said their company is The Distribution Center and we need the model # on the front of your copier. Told her we had no business with them. When I put her on hold she hung up and I tried to call the # back and it just rings.

This is a total scam.  Still in business a YEAR later.  So sad.  I don't understand who these miserable people are that would actually do this.  She says she wants the copier model because she's with YOUR copier company.  The second I asked her to remove me from the list she hung up.  So I called her back 50 times until she answered.  She had the nerve to ask me if I was going to keep calling her.  I said yes, I need the name of your company since you lied and said you were someone else.  She hung up on me.  I have their number posted and ready to go for the next time they call.
