I have been receiving calls from this number:  626-544-5520
They leave no message, and the line is busy or I get a "fax" tone when I try and call it back.

They called me twice  yesterday and once so far today; I tried to call back got a busy signal. Very annoying. Says Research Center on Caller ID.

Called me. They leftt no message and when you call it back the line is just busy.

I've been called by this number twice a day, even after I told them to stop calling. The people who actually pick up the phone instead of hanging up on me barely speak English. From what they were trying to ask me, it was a survey but if I can't understand them more than 10 seconds there's no way in hell that I'll stay on the phone with them.

Tell them to get a real job.

This number has now called me 5 times!! Sometimes they just hang up right away. When I called back, they said they were a survey group (in an automated system) Very annoying

These people called me three times tonight wanting to do a survey about important issues facing our country.  I told them I do not participate in anything like that?"..

Person with very poor English called my husbands cell phone asking him for political opinions. I made him terminate call.  I did so by, taking  phone and asking a few questions of my own.  Got nowhere.  Said she was just an interviewer and did not known what company was sponsoring the survey.

Got a call from this number, a young woman with broken english asking me if I am a voter and my year of birth and then she hung up.  I called back the number to get more on it and it gave a web address that I cannot find. When I called the number back again, it went phone line went dead.

who the hell are these people I wish theyd stop calling so f******* annoying. They called all day and night yesterday.

Take my number off your list and do not call ever again.

Your caller does not maintain this website!  You need to address this demand to those that actually called you!  And/or get a call blocker.

They call 2 to 3 times a day. No messages just the annoying calls everyday. Please stop this

Eight phone calls in the space of two days from these human demons -- and when you pick up the phone, there is no answer. Dialing the number gets a bogus recorded message that "says" it is Mountain West Research Center and that they have a (non-existent) websit "mwrcentercom."  

In any case, I am registered with the Government "No call" list.  So much for the efficacy of that registration.

This sounds like Cointelpro type phone harassment (which happens if you get yourself on some anonymous bureaucrat's persecution list).  It's a telephonic form of gangstalking one's fellow Americans (and ignoring the Constitution and Bill of Rights)..

If they were a legit research organization, they would

(1) respond when you called them--not let you listen to a fax or a busy-phone tone
(2) respect requests to cease-and-desist calling you
(3) have an online presence that truthfully listed what they did
(4) not call you 4 times a day and leave no message if you don't pick up the phone

They are probably NOT a survey organization. I suspect they wish to collect data for nefarious activities.

Not too sure what they're surveying, but I'm sure it has nothing to do World Peace or curing cancer.
