I have IOBI on my phone which lets me block certain callers. When i right clicked on this number that comes up " unavailable", it said (nav)ail-able
I then looked to see what number went with the letters and came up with this area code etc.
I recieved 11 calls from 11:15 a/m to 2:26 p/m.

8-628-245-2253 keeps calling me looking for a Wanda Otis.  I have never met this person (if they exist).  They never identify themselves or state their business.

I have recieved phone calls from this number everyday at the same time.  I don't answer the call but when I recall the number my cell phone service says it is an international call.

I don't know if this is the number or not, since all I get is "Unavailable." My phone service is not supposed to allow anonymous callers through, so I'm not sure why it's being allowed--I'll have to call them, I guess. But in the meantime I'll enter into my phone itself this number that spells "Unavailable" without the U, to go along with my entry of "Unavailable" without the E. Sigh. I just wish "Do Not Call" and call-blocking from my service worked!

Two calls today from 8-628-245-2253.  Didn't answer either one.  Have no idea who it is.

I received a call from this number stating it was a federal prison. Can I block this number?

I getting this number 86282452253 which has to many numbers then I got a bunch of unknown numbers back to back.  

I just checked my contact list and when I answered the phone, it was UNKNOWN. When they called again, I used TrapCall on them and found out that it was this number 628-245-2253. Origination: Albany, GA. I checked my contact list, and found that it places something in my contact list - tracking@pkghlrss.com . I don't know what this is, but I deleted it immediately. I strongly suggest everyone who has received this UNKNOWN caller check their contact lists for suspicious entries. It seems to want to track us and perhaps download our private information. Be careful. Get an app to reveal it and block it.

I got the following info from AT&T:  This number spells NAVAILABLE and on the caller ID it can show as UNAVAILABLE1
If you are an ATT customer, go to website, sign on, click on Home Phone, select Manage Features from drop down menu.
Under Call Filtering, turn on Call Blocking. One by one, you can block up to 20 numbers. (Not enough!)
Enter this number 628-245-2253. (Different callers can hide behind this number!) Caller ID will now show UNAVAILABLE and the number that is calling. (800-XXX-XXXX) Now enter this number to block in your call blocking.

It shows up unavailable & when you call it back it says this # not listed! Bottom line, I filed a complaint with attorney General 4 harassment! Do the same , record them! I will track down the # as are my friends & bbb & AG!!

Their "claim" is to discuss: a concerning unsecured credit debt (non-existent, of course)

Caller said calling from government grant Dept. I said I didn't know the government had a grant Dept. A female Asian accent voice said " oh, you so stupid". Then she hung up.

Based on what I've read here, plus the call I received myself from this number: It seems to be a spoofed (fake computerized) phone number, which are commonly used by scammers, which the majority originate from India. In my case they called as Geek Squad at Best Buy stores, indicating that my computer license key was expired and that they needed access to my computer to fix it.

Keep in mind that: Microsoft, Apple, IRS CRA, Government agents, or Police Officers will never call you and ask/demand access to your computer, or treaten you with a lawsuit or jail time unless you make a transaction. It doesn't happen and these are total scams.

Why does this #86282452254 keep getting through to my Voicemail when I have my phone set up to block unknown callers & international calls! It comes up UNAVAILABLE when they call!! All they say on VM is that they're calling about a past due debt for collections! I do NOT owe anyone! I pay my debts so they can BUZZ OFF!! PLEASE MAKE IT POSSIBLE TO BLOCK THESE CALLS FROM GOING TO VM!

Said I owed wellsfargo money for a loan. Arrest warrant to be served. I called them back and he also said my house was on lien. Which I know it's not. Fraud all the way around.
