Multiple Phone Calls

I have gotten several calls from this number also.  No one on the line and same results as James when calling back.  How do you block the number?

I just got a call from this number and it went to some guy I could barely understand asking me if I was interested in higher education. What is this? Has this happened to anyone else?

keeps calling 3 to 4 times a day

ask to speak to someone else, when said they were not at this number, asked who I was. Declined to answer that question and they hung up on me.
In the last day I have received similar calls but all from different numbers, sometimes claiming to be collectors, giving me a pre-approved loan and such. They all sound like they are in a large calling center with lots of background noise. I am getting annoyed.

Same thing happened to me. He didn't ask if I was looking into higher education - he more stated it like it was a fact. When I said no I wasn't, he hung up on me. I've actually received three calls today from three different numbers (on call display they start with a 'v' and end with an '@' sign but I can see the actual number below). Also, for the one I answered, he knew my full name!

Until today, I've never received a call from a number like that. What's going on?

I have received calls from the number shown above like others apparently have as well. Are they phishing for info, live number, ?????  Within an hour I received calls from  629-671-5142, 950-699-3615, 335-539-0932

629-671-5142, I have a special set of skills, God help you when I find you!

They have been blowing my phone up all today since about 9am (on a saturday).  Calling from multiple numbers I have talked to two of them both of whom hung up on me.  Sounds like they are in a large calling center in some foreign country, hard to understand.  One guy said I've approved your loan (I haven't applied for any loans!)  When I said what loan he hung up, the other guy was saying something about higher education or something like that.  Sounds like they are trying to scam you to get your bank info or something.   I've blocked as many of their numbers as I can.  Additional numbers are... 70681196302, 6465091999, 5505069936, 6878897464, 4334846429, 6296715142, 9506993615.  ITS A SCAM DON'T ANSWER AND BLOCK THEIR NUMBERS!

Ok, I too have had to deal with this number calling & not ever getting
to hear a voice. Called my carrier & explained plus stated about this site
So perhaps something may move forward with all of the numbers that have
been listed can be stopped.

I got a call from this number and two others all with in about 2 mins of one another.  I do like reading the comments on who is calling but you shouldn't ever answer these numbers.  An answered call is check that someone will answer when your number is called.  Always decline.

They called me about my new car loan appoved, they want verify my ID.Do not answer them, they're foolish guys.
