What did they want?  What organization are they with?

they call me. threer four times they even called my job.

I have received over 20 calls from this number so far today. The most I can understand on her messages is that she is going to have me picked up idf I don't return her call

They called me also, and kept insisting that I owe money to them. Don't know who they are, but took care of the situation. Put a block on this number on my cell phone. NO MORE CALLS FROM THESE SCAMMER'S.

They have been calling me for about a week, saying I owe 1200 if I pay now or 5500 if they come here to sue me over a pay day loan. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS!!!! If you get called call 1-866-254-3581 and tell them that you are recieving this call. That is CashNet USA they are filing a class action lawsuit

They don't have a prayer. Scare tactics. They try to scare you into their scam and getting money from you. Put it this way, if it were on the level, why wouldn't you get a notice in the mail concerning a demand for payment. SCAM, SCAM, SCAM........put a block on your phone, that will stop that nonsense. Also, I've reported them to the Office of the Attorney General here in this state.

I received several calls from this number 630-239-5928.  What should I do beside calling the 1-866-254-3581.  They told me that I owed $856.26 and if I pay now then I will not get sued and have to pay over $5000.  They had me so scared.  Is Cash Net sueing them?  I have sent Cash Net a email about this to see if they know anything about this.

Teresa - put a block on your phone from this number. Block it on your landline and cell phone.....it's a scam......the economy is in the tank, and scam artists are looking every way to get money out of people. If it was on the level, they would also send a notice in the mail concerning this. They know it's a scam, I know it's a scam, and now our Attorney General Office knows it's a scam. Tell 'em to stick it where the sun doesn't shine, and we all know where that is, don't we?

Tom, have this been current with this number 630-239-5928 cause i received calls saying they are a law firm somewhere international but saying they filing lawsuit..is there a company name of who they are, all they say is to call a Mr Smith...who are these people...what to do?

They called me the other day at work and I hung up on them.  They called back 20 more times within 5 minutes. One message said that if I didn't show up to court at 11:00 on friday they would send a sherrif to pick me up and put me in rehab with lindsey lohan.  That's when I knew it was not on the up and up.  But I called back to day to see what it was about and they did say it was Cash net but I don't have anything from them.  I did appy somewhere a few months ago but didn't process anything then got emails from about 20 other companys.  It really scared me because they said they were going to pick up my daughter and my dad too becausee they were references and they were in on the fraud.  I didn't do anything though and thought maybe it was a mistake.  I went directly to my bank  and closed my account just in case.  These people are crazy.

This phone number is not listed anywhere in Batavia Illinois. I did research on this number, and if this company was on the level, their phone number would be available for business with them. IT'S A SCAM. BLOCK THEIR NUMBER NOW ON YOUR CELL PHONE AND LANDLINE.

Tom, i did just that, thanks, and to Debbie, i was in a very similar situation with this scam people the one that call from 630-239-5928..yes if they were legit, you would have a notice in mail if you was in default of a payment..as long as you know who you owe to and you dont owe nobody nothing, do not accept phone call from these people, if they call again, tell them to send you a letter in writing on who they are, what company they represent or ask for their address and see what happens, they probably will hang up real quick.

This nut has nothing better to do and he changes numbers every few  weeks then starts calling again I have had an attorney tell me you cant be put in jail over a debt. Blow a whistle or tell him you know its a scam they get mad and hang up. He also goes by different aliases altho clearly an Iranian or indian man, and uses american names.Today it is Marcus Smith.

This number is for a company that tries to collect on unpaid payday loans.  They would stop calling if you paid your bills.

It is fraud. It is not an unpaid bill as an earlier poster said. I talked to the fraud department at CashNet and spoke to Michelle, she was very helpful and advised that they do not know how the fraudulant company got our information, but it was probably from a phony cash loan site. Ignore the calls, there is no way to make them stop. Because they do change carriers and phone numbers every couple of weeks, the one they had in CA was shut down because of complaints about harrassment from people like me. I have not taken any payday loans out via internet so I know I do not owe anyone any outstanding debt. Please do not verify any information for these people, when they give you your SS# or even your birthday, just tell them you will not verify that information because you don't know who they are and you do not conduct business by phone, they can send you a letter. Please be careful, most of these people have more than information to ruin you life finacially.

Please call Vitelity LLC. and file a complaint about this number, maybe we can get this fraudulent company shut down.

Marcus Smith? calls a lot of people obviously. He must have unlimited long distance.Cant clearly understand him. I owe no one. He continuously calls and I dont know how he got my number. I am going to call my attorney generals office as well as the number previously listed.He keeps saying something about a pay day loan. I think they should be out lawed personaly and I sure dont have one or am looking to get one. I think they are right up there with credit cards,dont have  any of them either.Does me little good to have an unlisted number if someone can get hold of it and do this kind of stuff.

You're an idiot.  Hundreds of people are being affected by this scam.  I was one of them.
I have perfect credit and owe nothing. Screw your armchair philosophy.  Are you one of the scammers?
