Collection company that uses different numbers to call from, but it is the same number. The person does not give up. I used call block on one number. I got notification that a call had been blocked and then they used this number. I called this number back & got URS.

The acronym should be for United Recovery Systems, front end for junk debt buyer Unipoint Holding.

This number calls me repeatedly throughout the day. Does not leave a message, but will call several times consecutively.

a man called an elderly relative on her private cell phone number she owned (not me) posing to be having a "relationship" with me, saying I had given him the number and told him to call her to find out all my whereabouts and private family details. he implied we were intimate to try to get info. this caused marital problems for me. I AM FURIOUS!!!!

I got a call this morning from this number.  The person was looking for my husbands x-wife.  They said she had him listed as her brother which I doubt.  My husband and I have been married for 21 years.  This is crazy they would search back in records that far back and make calls to the current families.  This needs to stop if they do not have or use current information.

Same for me....repeated calls on my cell phone. No messages left. Very annoying and it's harassing at this point.  Getting ticked off!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Got a call on my private cell phone saying that a co-worker had given my number as a way to contact him.  I said he no longer worked here, which is true.   Said they were calling with the Dept. of Education.  What appears really happened was he has defaulted on student loans and when he got their call told them to call the receptionist to help them get his current phone number.  I don't know how they exactly got my personal phone number, but I'm pissed.

I'm the same person who posted above.  Well I assigned this number a silent ringtone in case they ever tried calling me again.  Sure enough, they tried today, but of course left no message.  I still have no idea how they got my unlisted cell number with regards to an ex- co-worker!  pissed off!
