KCI Financial - I think.  Collecting on behalf of the overpaid arrogant doctors, affiliated with Delnor Hospital where you go to die not survive.  Do not answer or better yet, tell the woman who calls that her [***] reeks and she should use S-O-A-P.

Randy called - violated 3 Illinois collection laws. Very rude and belligerent. Claimed to be calling on behalf of Delnor Hospital. Slurred over the name of the company he works for. To top this off - THE BILL WAS PAID! to Delnor and he tried to tell me I had to pay them anyway.

Keep recieving calls. dont leave a message just keeps calling..... really annoying

As a bill collector for over 15 years, they are very very rude people.  If they break ANY of the FDCPA laws....file a claim, and have their job!  Plus did you know that you can settle medical bills for more than 50%!  Just wanted to pass that along to you.  I might be a bill collector, but I like to help, not make things worst!  And people like this make it bad for everyone

keeps calling and only message is an automatic asking me to hold!  If it is that important to call me, have the brass to put a live person on the  line!

It is KCA Financial out of Geneve, Illinois. They collect for Delnor Hospital. Most of the people on this site are correct. Extremely Rude and threatening Bill Collectors. Threatened to take me to court and said they would try to take my house. Their address is 628 North Street Geneva, IL 60134-1356. Liked to meet the guy named "Randy" guessing that's not his real name outside their office one of these days as most of the threats are to my wife. Unbelievable, but when I return his call he doesn't have the balls to talk to a man like that.

Collector from CarMax.  Calls my work every week.  Luckily I answer incoming calls at work and have explained that employees are not allowed personal phone calls at work or during working hours and to please do not call me at work.  They keep calling asking for Human Resources as well, luckily my boss and myself are Human Resources.  How can I file a complaint and where do I get information on this person to file a complaint?
