They called my cell and didn't leave a message either

Am receiving calls from this number to my cell. The caller is looking for Richard Mathis who is not me. I have no idea how they got my number; however, I'd like them to get me off their list.

This company called my house and was asking for my son. (My son is 9) When I asked them who was calling they said it was ICS, I tried to ask who ICS was and the lady hung up on me. I called back later and found out that ICS is 'Illinois Collection Service'. I beleive their website is: http://www.ics-collection.com. They were calling tring to collect on an old medical bill. Apparently some hospital or radiology department did not bill our insurance company in a timely manor, and two years later the insurance company refuses to pay. Hope this helps some one else out there.

I've the same situation. What did you do ? After months of harassment calls I gave up & paid "debt". After 6 month they start to call again about the same bill.

They called me I picked I heard them laughing or someoneelse laughing they didnt say anything and my friends thought it would be fun to call them and we did and my friends cursed at them for long time and that was a messege i left.

Got a call this morning from them.  Called them back, told them they called me, they looked up my phone number and found out that it was from the previous owner of my number.  They said they would take me off the list.  I am guessing that it is a collection agency.

The company is ICS.  They called me regarding an old medical bill from Advanced Radiology Consultants.

Sleazy collection agency that keeps calling my number looking for someone who is not here.  They will not stop calling.  What a bunch of inconsiderate scum bags.

Woman called and identified herself from ICS. Immediately asked for my birth date. I countered by asking her what this was regarding. She refused to tell me and when I told her that I am on the Do Not Call Registry, she hung up on me. Another unethical company harassing citizens and ignoring our privacy and federal law.

They never leave a message just call all the time. If they need me that bad leave a message so I know who I am dealing with. dah

They have called me 3 times in the past 24 hours but never leave a message.
