A female caller with a heavy Indian accent claims to be the "awards department".

no answer when I picked up but I have no idea who this is

When my husband answered my phone they said they had the wrong number and hung up. When I tried calling them back it just rang and rang and no one picked up.

Recd. a call from 630-355-7085 at 4.50 pm on 8/10/2012. The caller ID says its an international call. This call has come many times before - In the past when it went to voice mail, or if I picked the phone no one spoke. Today, I did not hang up. There was a lot of background noise, and no one spoke for first couple minutes. Then a female voice said in an accent that she was calling from Kenya regarding some promotion...She mentioned the company-I could not catch it because of the noise in the background. She asked me "Have you seen our ad?"...I told her we were not interested, and asked her to stop calling at the number. I told her to take the number off their list and hung up.

Whomever it is  the leave noise of a crowd of people talking   on my voicemail

I'm glad I didn't give her my information after reading this. She was VERY rude when I told her I didn't feel comfortable giving my information out.

These people keep calling after I have told them many times to remove me from their call list and please stop calling. I have even threatened to report them to my phone company but they continue to call. They are making me crazy. On several occasions the woman has said she is from the promotions department at Direct Buy.
