Hail storm yesterday. Several constructions companies doing cold calls without checking the Do Not Call list.  This one said 'Katt Ronald' on the callerid.  Already filed a complaint with the do not call list.  Finally a call the law was supposed to stop...unlike the charities and political calls i already have blocked.

I have to choose unknown since nothing fits a salesman/company looking for business?

This is a common method of deception used by bottom dwelling contractors. they will use an app to falsify the caller Id to make you think they are local. Any contractor that uses this method should be banned from doing business in your area.  I received two calls from these scumbags in the last week.  My suggestion is to screw with them and send them on pointless "free estimates" to vacant lots and crack house.
