received a call @ 1:25 p.m. PST in Los Angeles, CA (7/23/15)...did not answer, they did not leave message

Recording said it was "Credit Card Services" offering a lower rate.  I hung up.

Received call 7-24-15 9:19 a.m. Did not answer and they did not leave a message.

WARNING--BEWARE!! These callers are   B I G   credit card criminals, known as the card service scammers! Under NO circumstances, give these lowlifes your credit card number, or you will regret it forever!

I got a call around 10:15 am on 7-24-15. I didn't answer since the call was from Lombard IL. They didn't leave a voicemail.

No message. From IL where I don't know anyone.

these numbers pop up like weeds.  I know this company is on my block list but under a couple of different phone numbers and different area codes.  Adding todays to the block list.

I hope authorities will put a stop to this growing trend. One can no longer live from these vultures and their calls - weekdays, weekends, mornings, afternoons... there are no limits or rules for these scammers.

Received a phone call from this number twice.  They did not leave a message.

Got a call this morning from this number, didn't answer cause I didn't recognized the number.  Left no message...Get a lot of these calls lately...so ANNOYING!!!!  so much for the do no call list!

Got a call from this number this morning, with no message left.  Scammer presumed.

Call blocker might be of some assistance.  Not perfect but it can help.  Also, don't pick up on numbers you do not recognize.

This number called my mobile.  They are now blocked.

Received a call @ 3:04 p.m. EDST in Michigan (7/27/15)...did not answer. They didn't leave a message. Don't know anyone in Illinois

Was just checking my phone and saw this number called around 330. Did not answer now on my blocked call list.

Called at 10:39 AM, Caller ID said Market. Caller hung up without leaving a message.  Redialed the # and it said to press any key to be removed from their calling list.

On-the-nose advice, especially the last sentence.  I am always wondering why people answer phone calls from numbers they do not recognize.  And, if it is truly important, the caller will leave a message.  Otherwise, BLOCKED!
