Doesn't matter who owns it. Number is being spoofed by CRIMINALS, scam artists. If it only says CUST SERVICE and not for what company, and besides you didn't ask anyone's customer service department to call you, it's a total LIE.

Called and hung up.  Did not leave message.

Answered to a recording that said they represented ComEd and I was eligible for some sort of discount, and I should "touch 1" to learn which discount I was eligible for.

"Anna Harris" with "American Health Center" (Phone number: 630-656-5917) called my cell phone to let me know she was responding to my Health Insurance Coverage Request. As I didn't request anything, I assumed this was your standard phishing call. I only answered yes to her questions and she eventually hung up when she became frustrated with my answer. When you call this phone number, you only receive a recorded message stating "Hello and thank you for calling. If you'd like to be placed on a do not call list for the number that called you, press 1 now." This is definitely a scam.

lets get these criminal scumbags on the elecrric chair and clean up this world from these useless creatures.

Called and hung up.  I've had 4 unsolicited calls today all from new numbers, this is probably the same. It always seems to follow this pattern - 4 or 5 junk calls, block those numbers and it's quiet for 2 or 3 weeks. Then, 4 or 5 junk calls, repeat.
