630-701-6845 ... shows up on caller ID as "cellular call" ... bill collector ! ! !

630-701-6845 ... the caller ID only shows Aurora, IL and a cell phone. They keep calling and "supposedly" leaving a message. However the message has a long period of music and then a voice keeps asking for a name. (It's almost as if I had actually picked up the phone and didn't say anything.) Then the voice gets annoyed and then mumbles something like, "this call cannot be recorded, did not return the call". I have never picked up the phone to answer their call, but their robcall acts like I did. When I called back the operator identified them as Transworld systems.

This number periodically calls. Never leaves a message, and always comes up on the ID as "cellular call." How legitimate can a company be if it won't identify itself? And as I do not have any debt, they can just kma!!!

They call me like everyday and this stupid old lady asked for Christopher Boba, and after i told her i wasnt him, she kept asking me follow up questions like what my name is, or if i could contact him

Whoever they are, they need to learn what it means to NOT violate the law about WHEN they can make calls. In my state, calls that are solicitations in ANY way, can ONLY be made from 8am, to 8pm. I just received a call that violated this. It is currently 8:53pm, and they called at 8:49pm!!!
