Very rude, obnoxious company, also provides credit ratings/reports like equifax etc, but charges $1 to get it, then you have to join some plan for $16.95 to see your report, can be cancelled within a certain period but that took 2 of my phone calls to get the money back. The following month they charget me again the $16.95 with additional phone calls to get the money back. Just a rotten company should be more controlled by all federal and state agencies, even closed down. If i don't pay a small co-pay to a couple doctors, my only way to respond to bad service doctors also do without getting into detail. Kmb 6/22.2016

Calls numerous times daily Caller ID shows Aurora, IL 630-701-7995 leaves no message every time. also received calls from Aurora, IL with following numbers, 630-870-1829, 630-701-6728, 630-405-7294, 630-701-3767, 630-870-1835, They might be all related. Classified it as a prank caller as they will not leave messages.

Still call on almost a daily basis. Still play their little hang up game when machine kicks in. Listen jerks if you want to talk to me leave a message with a call back number. I will not call fools that like to call and hang up.

Am so fed up from getting called EVERY DAY multiple times from these idiots.  They don't say anything,  nor will leave a message. They need to STOP  . When I call them back , using ☆67 first the connection is all static  VERY SKETCHY. IF THIS IS A LEGIT BUSINESS,  their very unprofessional. Perhaps they may leave a vm. with a callback #or Stop fricken calling
