I am looking for people to work with my company and I usually give out my cell phone number to make it easy for people to reach me should they get lost on the way to an interview.

Dean Sutton works for a company called Primerica. Primerica  is a cold calling company that asks for a start up fee of $200, followed by other fees that they refuse to refund.

They ask for a list of friends and family that they can cold call to pitch various sales, like insurance, mortgages, etc. The only way you make money in this company is to cold call other people and refer them to your company to start working.

In other words, this company is stacked much like a "legal" pyramid scheme.

Not sure where this person gets their information.  We do not charge $200 there is a $99 fee of which all but $30 is refundable if you change your mind.  We are checking for felonies. The company does pay for insurance and investment licenses.  We are a referral based company, we do not cold call and "pitch" people our products, we are not paid to recruit. I do reccomend our services to my friends and family and use them myself because I do care about them.  Most of my clients have come from referrals over the years (been in the business over 10 years),  Pyramid schemes are illegal, we are regulated by FINRA, state insurance and mortgage departments and the SEC because we are a publicly traded company on the NYSE (symbol PRI).  We are expanding and looking for people because middle class people need our help and we do properly protect them, get them out of debt, and help them become financially independent.
