I got a call this morning from this number, about how my name was drawn from some raffle at a store (Kmart, Walmart, Target, the guy emphasized that it was at like 60 something stores and we got 10's of 1000's of submissions and you're one of our lucky winners). I don't enter those raffles since I think they're scams and don't want to share my information, but I wanted to hear what was the guys pitch.  The usual crap about how you can choose from these great prizes, you don't have to buy anything, no obligation, yada yada.  Total scam.  After hearing his pitch, I said thanks for your time, but I'm not interested.  Watch out from calls from this number, it's a scam and waste of your time.

Just to add: It is the same with those scratch cards which show up in the mailbox. Every cards a winner. Imagine that? Usually the prize - is to be put in a draw for a prize, after you have an in home demonstration of some product you'd never buy. Any contest that requires you to call a toll-free number to get the prize is questionable, at best.

They just called me and ive been trying to look up the individuals name but i came to a dead end.  They called and didnt say anything i said hello 3 times before hanging up but i recognized the area code so i thought it could be someone i knew.

I called this number back and it was for some coupon or some crap.  I told him to take my number off his list because I was going to block his, he told me I was rude so I called him a [***] and hung up.

I got this same call this morning on my cell phone, which I do not give out to anyone other than work and family.  Tried to tell me the same garbage about entering a raffle or contest at a store.  Baloney!

I got one this morning too, I live in California now, so it was at like 6:30 AM & my brother who lives in the same area code & his wife just had a baby-- thanks for the mini heart attack telemarketer scum!

Called me during lunch. Ignored it. Looked it up on Google and found this page. Called back and they hung up on me when I asked who this was and how they got my number. Called back again and told them to remove me from the list. They said 'Ok' and hung up. Don't know that it will happen, but i tried.

I just got a call from this number today. I called back and I asked them who it was. They asked me if I had requested to be on a do not call list. I said no. Then they said that they will put me on the do not call list if I pay the $10 bill that comes to my house. I said WTF and got really mean. They said if you can't afford $10 that I can send them $5. I was really letting them have it by this point. I told them that I would report them. It sounds like some lady from India. Crazy scam crap! The call was from Lemont, IL. It said J Darnell when I called back. Company name was Callahan and Blaine.

this is legit this is not a scam i went to dis place and i really won a prize of 500 $ american express gift card .  and i am also happy with their services .

I received a call from this number today (3rd call this week), but did not answer- found this page while the phone was still ringing.    No voice mail.   Will block number.

Got the call just now 2:30 p.m. 10/8 - same thing - Scamcity!

Just got called around 5 pm from this number, and when I ignored it they were very persistent in ringing until they were cut off. Not the first call from this number, but since I never pick up and they never leave messages, I'm not sure what they wanted.

Called at 4:00 pm from Lemont IL. Garbled. Asked the fool to repeat; still couldn't understand. Same number called back; didn't answer.

Stated this is not a sales call, but then mentioned winning a raffle I entered at Best Buy. I have not been in a Best Buy for something like 3yrs. I hung up & blocked the # :)

Called my cell. Said something in a foreign tongue and hung up on me. I will block the number.

Same thing happened as above...scammers!
