Caller ID says "Dupage Co., IL"  
Yellow Pages search by phone # indicates Downer's Grove, IL.
No message was left on answer machine.  Call came at 5:00PM on Sunday

Call from (630) 786-1360 - recorded message saying "You are being transferred to the next available operator" - could be a scam fundraiser as listed above (since police, fire, etc. do not fundraise)

Didn't answer.  No message left.

According to world atlas.com the owner of this number is on summit st. between benton ave and blodgett ave in downers grove. I did a search using the Lat. and Long. of the phone numbers origin.

according to yahoo maps the address would be approximately the low 600 block of summit, possibly the south side of the street somewhere between 600 and 620 summit ave

Caller ID said DuPage Co. & caller asked for my wife by name. I asked for caller's name and he answered Jim. I asked Jim who and answer was Jim Briggs. Wife (standing next to me) said she had no idea who caller was. Caller said he would call back. I told him NOT to call back. Caller hung-up.

The police dept. does solicit.  I attended their (DG) basketball games against the Chicago Bears.  I also get calls for other Police organizations in DuPage County.

I continually get calls from this number. I've asked that they don't call me yet they continue to do so. They say they are "TAI" soliciting for the police.

I usually don't answer unknown callers, but was curious.  Asian sounding man asked for me by name.  I asked "who's calling?" and he just hung up.  

I'd like to cut off his nuts.

Get a call from them about twice a week. If you don't answer, they don't leave a message.
Caller ID simply shows "Illinois call". Reverse look-up shows unpublished...in Downers Grove.

If you answer, they a soliciting for the Police. Ask them not to call again and they quickly hang up...
............but they call again in a few days.

Maybe next time, I'll tell them I am with the Downers Grove Police Department......

They called me too - 630-786-1360 - DuPage Co IL.  I didn't answer.

They called at 8:20 am on Saturday and have previously called at virtually all times of the day.  No meddage, just the listing for DuPage Co Il.  I am really getting tired of these calls.

I recognized the telephone number from prior calls and I answered the phone "Good Evening, Wheaton Police department, how can I direct your call"  Guess what, the calls stopped

Do not call and hang up on me again.  Or call again,   VERY RUDE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Got a call from this number this morning.  The guy asked for my deceased husband by name.  When I told him he had the wrong number,he repeated the number.  I again told him he had the wrong number.  He called me a liar.  I hung up.  I tried calling the number back to find out who was calling, but only got a busy signal

Called at 8:00 am on a Saturday!!! Didn't leave a message .Glad I didn't pick up!

This is a Fraternal Order of Police, they are fund raisers and have absolutely no ties with police. The tactics of displaying the Dupage Co. on your caller ID is a sneaky way to have you pick up your phone. People have said that usually when you ask them how much already goes to police, they hang up.

Just had one from that number... I didn't answer, wish there was a way to block all these unknown callers...!
