BEWARE!! I believe they are scammers. They originally sent me mail stating I owed from a traffic court over 15 years ago and I should send them the $300+!! First, I paid my fines way back then. Second, isn't there a statute of limitations?? I think they are trying to scam people out of money using old court documents and scaring them into it. I don't answer phone & They Hang up. Good ridance!

I keep receiving phone calls from Harris Harris stating that I owe on a bill.  My account did in fact go to them mistakenly.  The people that sent it to them has told them this over and over again, and so have I.  Still they continue to call my home and work numbers!! The woman that calls is very rude and insists that I made a "payment arrangement" with them, which I never did.  I believe they are very shady and especially rude!!

They're telling me that I owe 2300.00 for not showing up for a court date in 2002 in Dupage County. They are very addimit in me setting up a pay plan...yeah right!!! -I am going to do everything in my power to put a stop to these scammers, starting with proving them to wrongfully accuse and attempt to collect for there own profit by accessing and not confirming this information to be true & correct "I am out for their business license" ::::if you are interested in partnering up with me I think that we could start a online defense system against all of the companies out there starting with this one. my ideas will the notification of these companies to the proper government agencies include::::email me dumpfile12@yahoo.com

These people call at least 3 times a week and I ignore them. Finally, today I answered because I was fed up and I wanted to get to the bottom of their intentions. First of all, I could barely understand the woman on the other end of the line because of her failure to articulate and enunciate her words to me clearly. She told me that I owe the Circuit Court of Dupage $1,300 for failure to appear in court FIVE years ago!!! I know this is [***], because before I moved out of state 4 years ago, I made certain I had a clean record and all traffic related debts were paid. She threatened that my license would be suspended if I didn't pay this fine, no matter what state I live in now, and that there is no statute of limitations. UNBELIEVABLE! Obviously, I'm not sending money to these people, as I am CERTAIN I have done nothing wrong. She wanted my address, which I wouldn't give out, but I feel it's only a matter of time before they stalk me down. I feel that, if this was legit, I would have received some other sort of notification. I am so angry. Has anyone else had this problem?

If you don't show up for your first court date you forfiet your bond and you owe the whole bond amount. In my case it's $5000 dollars. Here is a web site to check and see if it's true.

You can thank Chris Kachiroubas for that ridiculous site Dupagecase.com! Dupagecase.com does nothing but ruin peoples lives by entertaining the Mrs. Crabbit types and psychopaths who do nothing but use the internet to snoop and scam. I think the people should come together and start a class action suit against Dupage County for that site. This is America where you are priviledged in, "Innocent until PROVEN Guilty". Dupagecase.com is being unlawfully used by employers and now there are even more people unemployed because of the idiot clerks who enter information on that site and know nothing about the facts; many are extremely old cases or misdemeaners that are harmless. Does anyone know of a site where others lives are being destroyed by this site? There is just too much information for the weirdo scammers to see!

unreal, they called me on an 'unpaid ticket'...fromm 1988...its 2009...I looked it up on that site and nothing appears to be in arrears...please...insanity at its finest.

I was given this contact number by the circuit court of dupage county. I owed a traffic ticket that was unpaid. I verified that it was unpaid and the gave them a call. I set up payment arrangements and they were very nice and polite and helpful.

I called them because I was given their information after not realizing I owed court costs from an old case from 2011. I indeed owed the money and they were very helpful in making payment arrangements. They have never called me once.
