called back to back and left no message, dont answer calls from numbers I dont know,,......plus am on the do not call list...lot a good that does

call from this line offering to "lower my interest rate on my credit cards".  Obvious scam.  Looked up the address associated and it's a residence. 2611 flagstone cir Naperville, IL 60564

Received a call on my cell phone.  Also have gotten numerous calls on the land line.  Wants to lower the interest rates on my credit cards.  I am on the do not call lists.  The calls from this line are annoyingly numerous.

Scam telemarketer/robo caller.  Getting more and more of these again thanks to the failure of the FTC to stop them...sigh...

The DNC list does not possess a magic switch that can stop calls from bothersome/unwanted callers.  However, YOU do!

Yes, indeed - every modern phone (both landline and cell) has a cunningly placed, magic switch that can cut off those nasty calls.  Here are some ways you can use it:

Technique #1, requires NO action on your part, automatically switches the call:
* If you have Caller ID (CID), and see a number you do not recognize,  or think it might belong to a telespammer, DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONE.  Instead, let the call go to your answering machine or voicemail.

Technique #2, for those people who MUST pick up the phone:
* If you hear a telescammer, immediately hang up.  Activate that "magic" OFF switch manually!

But wait ... there is more!  If you pay attention for the next minute (or longer, if you are a slow reader), you can get your very own AUTOMATIC switch that will block calls from those nasty folks.  That's right, it will block ALL calls from the numbers YOU designate, for only pennies (or less) per week!

And, here it is ... simply google "phone blocker".  You will soon see a list of phone blocking apps, devices, and telephones that provide the "magic switch" for which you were wishing!

Google "phone blocker" right now, and end your dependence on a misunderstood Government Do Not Call list.  Create YOUR OWN Do Not Call list, and rely on your own ability to identify those telescum who bother you.  Then, next time you get a repeated call from a telescammer, you can blame yourself for not blocking that number the first time it called.

You think a FREE app is too expensive?  Well, for a limited time, you can google "call blocker" and see if there is any difference between that search and the one you used for "phone blocker".  All it costs is a few keypresses, and should keep you happily occupied for an indeterminate time, as you read about all the devices and apps you have been missing.

Advanced users of this magic switch should recognize the Federal Do Not Call list is effective only for legitimate telemarketers.  Telespammers ignore the list, just as criminals ignore the law.  However, those telescum cannot ignore YOUR list, since you can block ANY incoming call with a simple button push!  Get your daily exercise by pressing that button.  Burn calories, strengthen your fingers!  Be more powerful than the misunderstood Federal DNC list!

Received a call from "Account Services", pressed 9 to speak to someone. "Nick" answered, asked me if I pressed 9. I said I did, and I asked for the company name. He said "Account Services" and gave me a schpiel about working for VISA, Mastercard, etc to lower credit card interest rates. I asked for a company telephone number, he said "I can see you have great intentions so have a nice day *click*".

Just received a call from this number, did not answer it. It's so annoying.

WARNING--BEWARE!! These callers are   B I G   credit card criminals, known as the card service scammers! Under NO circumstances, give these lowlifes your credit card number, or you will regret it forever!

Got a call no message left so immediately called number back and it said I have reached a number that has been disconnected and is no longer in service. So how does this work they call from a disconnected number..

They called my young daughter (she just got her first phone a few months ago) and tried to get her credit card information. She's ten. Ten! Not sure if it's a scam or a shoddy business but avoid either way.

The card service scammers   WILL   'service' our credit cards,   BUT,   when they finish 'servicing' them, they will have NO available credit remaining! People that are fooled into having their cards 'serviced' will be charged a MINIMUM of $795.00, and many times the ENTIRE amount remaining on the card. The card service scammers are a disgusting group of degenerates, who prey mainly on the low income, and the elderly, but will cheat anyone that they can!
