CID  Ronkonkoma NY  Wherever the heck that is. Blocked first. Did not answer.

Received a call just prior to noon.  Caller ID listed "Ronkonkoma, NY." Left no message.

According to another caller abuse website, this number has been reported to be associated with "Senior Services returning a call about a back brace which I had called about since I was a Medicare client."  . . . In other words, it's the "Back Brace Scam" with just another new phone number.

Caller ID changed to UNKNOWN NAME, did not leave message....

CID Unkown Name. No message left. High likelyhood of robo-scam/shill/spam.

answered the call then hung up just as fast. doing this on crap calls has really slowed them down.

Just received a call from Ronkonkoma ny(631) 202-0006. The caller stated he worked for national grid upstate New York. He said he wanted to make sure someone would be home  because he would be turning the gas off to replace the meter,and would need to get into the house to restart the gas heater.I contacted national grid, they show no work order for changing my gas meter. The national grid rep told me to disregard the phone call, but it is possible he wouldn't see the work order not likely, but possible. The rep said if someone shows up make sure they're in a national grid truck that I would recognize,and ask to see their identification which would be a photograph and a badge with their name and the company's name on it.

they called here, i picked up and they disconnected, two more calls while i was out, no message, so they are blocked

Obviously a new spoofed number from the same old scammers.
These thieves never quit calling no matter what you do. It's best to never answer calls from those you do not know.  We've begun blocking entire area codes from calls like this one where we don't know anyone from this code.  It is beginning to make a difference as these shysters usually have several numbers in each different area code that they use. (usually a spoofed number)  Once they're blocked we don't hear the rings anymore.  If i were the king, i would have their heads for their relentless pursuit of that which does not belong to them and their preying on feeble minded seniors and other weak minded fellow citizens unwary of their despicable behavior  This could end, but the politicians don't serve the people. Not the plebeians anyway.

"Returning the call I made requesting information about a free back brace."  I must be calling these people in my sleep, as I have no memory of making these calls. Honestly, if I fell for this garbage I'd have at least 20 back braces, and 10 alarm systems. All free...right.

When will this crap end?? These scammers are relentless, whether it's the back brace scam, the Microsoft scam, the auto warranty scam, the free cruise scam - as soon as you block one number, they call you from another - and another - and another...makes you want to disconnect from all telephone services, and only communicate by snail mail.

Called at 2:21pm today, I didn't answer & they didn't leave a message so now they're blocked.

Got a call on my landline from this number located in Ronkonkoma, NY (that's near Buffalo). Didn't leave a message. I didn't call it back and will block it

Another call from Ronkonkoma, NY and left same message: Calling about the back brace "you called about."  Never called requesting this info. I do NOT answer calls from numbers I do not know. So many calls... so annoying. And we have an unlisted number we pay extra for!

Picked up phone without looking at number as was expecting call from daughter. They stated
That they were a group to help seniors with Medicare. I told them I was too young for Medicare and they hung up.

Caller ID: Ronkonkoma, NY (town state = SCAM) -  new spoofed number from the same old scammers.

LOL. Ronkonkoma is on Long Island. Lots of Indian names in the area.
