631-209-6009 Some ingrate me twice today with the worst accent on the planet (India) and told me he was from The Law Enforcement Legal Department at Federal Headquarters and some one is using my name and Social Security number and I had to hire him (Jason) to protect my identity and if I didn't their would be a world class lawsuit against me.  I said alright what is the lawsuit pertaining too, and how did you go about retrieving this vital information regarding my person. "He became irate" I then proceeded to tell him I have worked long and hard for my identity, character and integrity to allow some idiot to call me and get me into a panic.  I said, "BRING IT ON"! Jason hung up.  I am sick of these jerks get real jobs not scams.

I received a call from this number saying he was Richard Spencer from the Law Enforcement Legal Department and that I had an outstanding balance from Advance Cash USA.  If I decided to pay this balance, then there would be a settlement but if I didn't then there would be a lawsuit filed against me.  I told him I didn't owe anything and wouldn't pay a balance.  He couldn't even tell me when this loan was issued to me.  I said that I wanted to talk to Advance Cash USA before agreeing to pay this supposed debt.  He gave me what he said was there number 347-338-6018. When I called this number of course there was no answer.

I TOO RECEIVED CALLS FROM 631-209-6009 SOME LAW ENFORCEMENT AGENCY, ONLY THEY CALLED MY JOB! THIS GUY HAD THE WORST ACCENT EVER. IT TOOK ME FOREVER TO GET THE PHONE NUMBER FROM HIM TO CALL ME BACK. I TOLD HIM THAT HE WAS CALLING MY JOB AND THAT WAS ILLEGAL. THE GOOD THING THAT WORKS ON MY SIDE IS THT ALL THE CALLS HERE ARE RECORDED SO I LET HIM KNOW THAT AND THATS WHEN HE GAVE ME THE NUMBER TO CALL HIM BACK. SO I CALLED THAT NUMBER AND SOME GUY NAMED ERIC ANSWER THE PHONE AND WHEN I EXPLAINED WHAT HAPPENED HE WAS CALM BUT WHEN I MENTIONED IT WAS ILLEGAL TO CALL MY JOB AND THAT ALL CALLS HERE ARE RECORDED HE STARTED TO YELL AT ME SAYING WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO IF I CALL BACK? THEN HE HUNG UP ON ME. I CALLED BACK AND THEN HE SAID I WILL CALL YOUR JOB ALL DAY EVERYDAY AND THEN HE WOULD HAVE ME ARRESTED FOR HARRASSMENT IF I CALL BACK AGAIN. HE REALLY GOT MAD WHEN I SAID I CAN CALL YOUR PLACE BECAUSE IM DISCUSSING MY ALLEGED ACCOUNT BUT YOU CANT CALL MY JOB, ESPECIALLY WHEN YOU HAVE AN ALTERNATE NUMBER FOR ME. THEN HE HUNG UP AGAIN. AFTER THAT WHEN I CALLED BACK THEY WONT ANSWER THE PHONE

I came into work with a message that I had missed a phone call from David Beul from ACS Legal Department today 06/17/11@11:50 and had told me to call ASAP. I do not get into work until a later time so it was a phone message from a coworker. I've been trying to call multiple times with the number they had left 631-209-6009 with no answer. So I decided to google the name with no luck. So I googled the number and this is what showed up. What is all of this?

After trying to call back 20x I finally got to someone who answered. I asked for a David Beul and he said that was him.. He asked for my first and last name and I only gave him my first and he insisted on getting my last name. After asking why multiple times and saying HE was the one calling me first at work, he then said my name is Richard Spencer.. I then said YOU went from David to Richard. Sorry your a scammer. and hung up.

I received a long [***] detailed message from Sharon, who was calling me from 631-209-6009 a few weeks ago (surprised my voice mail didn't overload)  I called her back...the my trick...I didn't even give her time to say a word...I advised her that whatever it was she needed from me to fax it to my office...gave her fax number and of course I never received any paper work...and how she got my cell I'll never know...I got a call today again from Sharon and again I advise her to fax the paper work and that I would have the attorney look at it...I don't think she knew I work at a law firm..because when I told her if she knew she was calling my attorney's office, she disconnected me...I plan to do a thorough research on this company and I find out anything, BELIEVE ME...I will post it...ON ANOTHER NOTE..."BEWARE OF "IRS E-MAILS"...I received e-mail from IRS...LOOKS LEGAL...NOT...I had to call IRS anyways to follow up on somthing..told them about e-mail and they advised me that THEY NEVER SEND OUT E-MAILS!!!!!!

I RECEIVED THIS CALL AND HAVE NO CLUE WHO THIS IS AND WOULD LIKE FOR THESE CALLS TO STOP.

I wish you DA__ scammers would quit calling me - I will not give you a dime and I do not owe you anything on any of you fake pay day loans.......Last week you called me on a number and said this was the final call - so go ahead and sue me and than I can sue you back for FRAUD.

ON TODAY i RECEIVED A CALLED FRON 613-209-6009 AT MY PLACE OF EMPLOYMENT, a young lady with a different accent, she called 3 times, I asked her not to call me at work(she finally gave me the phone number ) when I called back no answer.   On her third call she supposely put a supervisor on the phone who will not give any information,  I am having an attorney look further into this.  I do not take out a Payday Loan in New York, NEVER LIVED IN NEW YORK>  PLEASE STOP CALLING WITH ALL THAT FRAUD>

I had some guy with an accent call and leave me a VM threatening me that they are taking me to court because of check fraud and they are sending papers to my HR. (I don't use checks) When I call back and try to ask questions he got angry and told me they are taking me to court and I can fight it in court and hung up on me.  Again early this morning I got the same message threatening me. I called him back and told him he called me again and left me the same message. He seemed surprised that he had called me again. His response was that they had filed the papers and I will be going to court and hung up. Wondering if anyone else out there is doing anything about it and if so what can I do?? I'm tempted to call the police but will that do me any good??

I received a call from this 631-209-6009 a horrible accent Indian man saying he was from the Law Enforcement Legal Dept & that there is serious matters on my name & identity. I cars back and spoke to the same man who said that I have a payday loan from Advanced Cash payday loan USA & didn't pay it in full. I stated I've never had one & that they need to not call my phone anymore before I go to my attorney & sue them!! He said that's alright we'll contact your employer & I stated you can't call my employer its illegal & that set him off he started yelling & telling me that I was a horrible citizen & will lose my job & children & that set me off I told him don't you talk about my child & that I'd light his a$$ on fire & distroy his whole world if he called back w/ this bulls&$t again & he hung up on me!! They are a bunch of scammers who try and suck money out of people who are scared to have a judgement against them & just wanna pay & resolve any negative issues against them. They need to be stopped!!!

I've beengetting the same call. I gave them a number to my lawyer and they would not call, so I gave my lawyer the number and he called them. they just laughed and then hung up. I have blocked them from my number this all a scam.

Find out their fax number and send a Cease and Desist letter....I have tried numerous times to get it from them but they won't give it!

this guy called and tried to scam me out of $500 today.  He said that someone had defaulted on a loan and had put me down as the co-signer. He said there was a default on the loan and I had to pay it. Like a dummy I gave him my debit card information and then I called my son and he told me that it was a scam.  He then called my work and continued calling all afternoon and was yelling at me and my coworkers and my boss. I called the police department and they are looking into it. I cancelled my debit card right away.

How did you get their fax number?  I have been calling for over a week and they would not give it to me, in fact told me straight out no, then started mocking me when I told them how unprofessional they were.  They have cursed me out on many occasions and answered the [***] you when I have called.  They told me they would bring charges of harrassment if I called back and when I told them they couldn't do that because I was calling about a so called bill they told me to watch and see then blocked my number.  These people are crooks, they are the same people that were calling me a few months ago they just changed their numbers.  You would think they would be smart enough to at least have a business name, I call and they answer hello or law office. When asked the law office of what they cannot tell me according to them I should know who I called.  crooks.

I got a call from this number 1-632-209-6009 saying that they were a law firm for advance cash and I owed them 300.00 dollars and they had my account and routing number and last four didgits of my social too and I told them that I never took out a payday loan and I have proff from my bank that the money was never deposited into my account. They said they were goping to take legal action against me and i told them to send me proof that they sent this money to me and that I borrowed this money too they said they would send me court papers in 10 buisness days and I asked them for there fax number and there address and they hung up on me and then I called back and ask again and they hung up on me again before telling me no they will not give me the information. I called the fedral trade commision with the name and number I had for them to file a complaint there number is 1-877-382-4357 if enough people call about them with the name they are using The Law Enforcement Legal Department and thats it s for Advanced Cash payday loan USA with the number 1-631-209-6009 the fedral trade commision will stop them. Please call them so this can be put to an end.

Employees of the above number keep calling this state agency, and their response is that they
will continue.

I HAVE RECEIVED A CALLED FRON 613-209-6009 AT MY PLACE OF EMPLOYMENT ALL DAY.  I do not recognize this number and will not answer number I don know.  They can leave a message or stop calling my job.  I don' want anything they have to sell or hear about what the have to say.  I tried calling back several times and no one answer the phone. These people need to leave me alone.  The even called my brother number asking for me.  I told my brother to tell them go to hell and stop calling him.  I am getting calls from other number with the same hirrible accent sometimes leaving a message the the are with a law enforcement legal department.  This person is using the name Jackie Johnson with the peterson law firm, robert williams, robert sombody, and other names that I can not unstander.
