calling regarding credit card. 100% scam

i recieved a phone call from this number. they claimed to be a credit card services company that helps reduce interest rates on credit cards. they couldn't explain how they reduce the rate and when i asked for more information they hung up. sounds like a scam.

After reading posts I will not answer if they call back

same thing they called left no message.

Just got a call on my cellphone too, no msg.

Just got a call and was about to call from my job but I google and here I am. I am glad that I never called back.

Recievd a call to my cell did not answer, no message left. Tried to return call & got busy signal. Most likley a Telemarkerter. Relentless

Shows on my call ID as ThomsonReuters was suspicious. Asked me do I have cards that I do have, told me we see you've been a faithful card holder and we want to make you an offer to lower APR to 6.9%. So I say what's my name then and the Indian sounding dude hung up faster than a NASCAR! Darn scammers! P.S they called 45 mins ago I'm in California

Offer of credit- unsolicited!

Is something about this local telephone company ,well it funny that I order something from California,like the paint machine,which they show that on tv.Did you know that they connected me to customer support in India? It that funny,I did gave my card number for this paint machine,but how in the world do you get into this? What do you think Dooda,could we blame the local phone company and the "Do Not Call List" company and nail them DOWN?! It funny I also  know about  the 20/20 ABC update news and they talk about this that the calls connected to India.

Usually shows consumer services.......today it showedThomsonreuters! No msg.

"This is Elsa with account services and we're calling in reference to your credit card account" I hung up after that.
1. I have no credit card
2. They called me from NY and I live in CO.

Scam. Do not answer.
