Called it back and its idiots selling extended car warranty services.  I answered a similar call from a 415 number a week ago and told them to stop calling, it was obviously from a call center.  I imagine its the same company spoofing my local area code to get me to pickup the phone again...

Spam callers pretending to be your insurance company, trying to get you to pay for an "extended warranty". Tried to trick me, but didn't lie when I asked if they were actually with Hyundai, so that's good at least.

They called stating they are from the police department and wanted to speak to to my wife and when I asked what is it regarding to, they hung up. I will be reporting this to the local police to look into.
